Job summary

Fluid2Chip is seeking a Technical SME (Principal Liquid Cooling Systems Engineer) to define and propagate technical standards for direct-to-chip liquid cooling systems. You will guide internal field engineers, project management, and external clients including OEMs and industry groups.

The role requires travel around the US up to 50%, with responsibilities in standards, training, and project execution. A strong background in high-purity cooling and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of high purity process cooling or mission-critical experience in design, construction, or operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and business technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standards and processes for the design, installation, maintenance, and operation of liquid cooling systems.
• Support the technical training program for field engineering resources and develop new curriculum as standards evolve.
• Provide technical support for projects including plan reviews, root-cause analysis, and client meetings.
