Job summary

Fluid2Chip is seeking experienced Field Engineers to support deployment, installation, commissioning, and readiness of mission-critical liquid cooling systems in data centers. This highly field-oriented, customer-facing role requires strong technical awareness, disciplined documentation, and the ability to operate professionally in active environments.

Travel up to 75% across the United States, observing system readiness, documenting field conditions, and supporting successful project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience considered.
• Experience with mission-critical cooling or hydronic systems.
• Strong documentation and field observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and support installation and commissioning of liquid cooling systems.
• Serve as customer-facing technical representative at project sites.
• Monitor field activities and identify mechanical/operational concerns related to quality and readiness.
• Understand chemical and mechanical requirements of closed-loop cooling systems.
• Maintain detailed daily reporting and issue tracking.
• Communicate findings clearly through established processes.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and operations teams during deployment.
• Escalate issues and seek technical support when needed.
