Northeast Residence Inc. seeks a Lead Direct Support Professional to assist the Program Manager with administrative tasks and provide daily living support to residents in our Hammer & NER homes and apartments.

You will help promote life skills while upholding our core values: Person-Centered, Relational, Opportunistic and Stewardship. The role requires flexibility for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, and involves ensuring safety and high-quality care for residents with intellectual

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient with computers and smart devices.
• Fluent reading and speaking English.
• Ability to drive an organizational vehicle and meet insurance requirements.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments for residents.
• Plan community activities to promote active lifestyles.
• Train Direct Support Professionals on documentation, procedures, and medications.
• Maintain clean and safe living environments for residents.
• Respond to communications promptly via email and collaboration tools.
