Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in using computers and/or smart technology.
• Must be fluent reading and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Promptly schedule medical appointments for residents in homes or apartments.
• Promote communication and active lifestyle by scheduling community activities.
• Train Direct Support Professionals in documentation, procedures, medications, and use of equipment.
• Work closely with nurse and pharmacy staff to ensure medical supplies and medication orders.
