Job summary

InCommunity seeks a Direct Support Professional III (DSP III) to lead in residential homes, provide person-centered support, mentor DSP staff, ensure compliance with DBHDD, CARF and InCommunity standards.

The role focuses on engagement, health and safety, care coordination with ISPs, administering medications as authorized, documenting in Therap, and coordinating with a Community Area Manager to maintain high quality services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• Five years of direct support experience with leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
• DSP III certification through approved program within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead DSP on assigned shifts and guide daily operations.
• Mentor, coach, and train DSP staff and provide on-the-job shadowing.
• Collaborate with Community Area Manager and care team on ISPs and Behavior Support Plans.
