This hands-on, team-oriented position focuses on daily living tasks, medication support, transportation, and record-keeping, helping people grow independence and meaningful participation in daily life. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• 1–3 years of direct care or health-related experience.
• Must pass background checks and drug test.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication training must be completed.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Give medications and follow health plans (training provided).
• Drive individuals to appointments, work, or activities.
• Help people build life skills and independence.
• Encourage individuals to speak up and make their own choices.
• Keep clear records and fill out forms as needed.
