Day Shift Lead DSP; Wednesday - Saturday; 600am - 400pm; 40 hours per week and excellent benefits!!**We are seeking compassionate and dedicate individuals to join our team here at Community Services, Inc. (CSI), as Lead Direct Support Professionals (LDSPs), to provide care and support for individuals with disabilities. As a Lead DSP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by assisting them in various aspects of daily living, promoting independence, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.**What you will do as a Lead DSP:**Ultimately, the goal is to help the people you support, feel and become as independent as possible, while they live their daily lives. Among other things, you will:* Support individuals in developing life skills, such as communication, self-care, and household management.* Accompany individuals to appointments, social events, recreational activities, and other outings.* Assist in the management of personal finances and review of documentation for the individuals in your care.
