Job summary

Hope Network in Lowell, MI is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional to provide oversight, mentorship, and direct care, leading a shift and ensuring compliance with care plans. This role focuses on person-centered support and building independence for individuals served.

The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification readiness. On-call duties and career growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in applicable setting
• Associates degree with 3 years experience in applicable setting
• HS Diploma/GED with 4 years experience in applicable setting
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
