Job summary

Hope Network in Michigan is seeking a Lead Direct Care Professional to provide oversight, support, and direct care to individuals across a variety of settings. You will lead on shift, model person-centered support, promote independence, and ensure the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral plans.

You will mentor, train, and orient new staff, participate in on-call rotations, and help maintain a safe, structured environment while building trusted relationships with those

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and fingerprints required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
