Job summary

Hope Network in Lowell, MI is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional for West Lake - Cottage 8. This full-time 2nd shift/on-call role provides oversight, support, and direct care across settings, modeling person-centered support and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral plans.

You will mentor, train, and orient new staff, participate in on-call duties, and guide the team when supervisors are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years in applicable setting
• Associate's degree with 3 years in applicable setting
• HS Diploma/GED with 4 years in applicable setting
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Background checks and fingerprints
• CPR/First Aid certification
