Job summary

Hope Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals for West Lake in Lowell, MI. This role offers Full-Time & Part-Time options across all shifts, with the chance to build independence through compassionate, person-centered support.

You will assist individuals in daily living, health needs, and community participation, while documenting progress and collaborating with a dedicated team. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain certification.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Pass required background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care, daily routines, and healthy living.
• Help individuals learn new skills and become more independent.
• Provide medication support and health-related assistance.
• Participate in community outings, appointments, and activities.
