Sunrise Senior Living in Wayland, MA is seeking a Lead Dining Server to support daily dining operations, model hospitality, and uphold dining room standards for residents and guests.

You will provide dining and table service, assist with menu selections, train new servers, ensure cleanliness, and maintain confidentiality of resident information while contributing to a welcoming, professional dining environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
• Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
• Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
• Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
