You will provide dining and table service, support staff training, assist residents with menu choices, and ensure clean, well-presented dining spaces. This role emphasizes warmth, professionalism, and consistent service in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
• Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
• Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
• Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
