Living Branches in Lansdale, PA is hiring a Lead Host – Full Time to support dining services and guest relations across our community. You will coordinate dining room activities, supervise Front of House staff, ensure safe food handling, and help foster strong inter-departmental collaboration within the dining team.

The role includes taking orders, serving residents, and assisting with onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience providing quality customer services including needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates service activities in the main dining room and with Care settings.
• Oversees Front of House staff and ensures proper food handling.
• Maintains inter-departmental relations within the dining service department.
• Takes meal and beverage orders, serves residents/guests, and may cater events.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday.
