Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania is seeking a Lead Server to oversee daily dining operations across our PA campuses. You will supervise staff, coordinate reservations, and ensure a welcoming dining environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in hospitality or hotel management preferred.
• Two years of hospitality experience and one year front-of-house supervision is helpful.
• Good written and oral communication and proficiency with computer applications.
• CPR/First Aid certification required within three months of hire.
• PA PLCB certification required for Elizabethtown location retirement living.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining operations and supervise staff.
• Coordinate reservations and dining services for events and banquets.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitary standards in dining areas.
• Train and coach new staff; attend daily service meetings and trainings.
• Prepare weekly menus and maintain meal/service records.
