Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager for Integrated Digital Solutions to lead end-to-end product development, act as the voice of the customer, and drive profitable offerings that deliver client value. You will guide launches, gather feedback, and ensure scalable, resilient solutions in collaboration with engineering and business partners.

You will own the backlog, define success metrics, and work across Sales, COS, Marketing, and Controls to align go-to-market plans with the product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate into the roadmap.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to drive development of integrated banking solutions, translating business needs into requirements.
• Integrate data analytics and feedback to drive prioritization of partnerships.
• Lead rollout of new solutions with scope, testing, governance, and training plans.
• Work with controls, sourcing, compliance, legal, risk, and third-party oversight for vendor reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with delivery partners across Sales, COS, Marketing and Controls.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog to support the roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds and tracks key metrics like cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Document requirements and guide sprint inputs/outputs with development partners.
• Participate in user research to identify needs and inform partnership strategy.
