Job summary

PREMIER Bankcard, LLC is seeking a Digital Product Owner in Sioux Falls, SD to be the voice of the customer and bridge between business stakeholders and development teams. You will define and prioritize features for secure, seamless payment experiences and align cross-functional teams with product goals.

The role focuses on payments, UX, and feature roadmaps, driving measurable business outcomes while meeting regulatory requirements. Monday–Friday, full-time, onsite.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-centric approach and ability to identify customer needs.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive value.
• Scrum Product Owner Certification or similar certification is required and maintained.
• 4+ years managing digital products (voice, chat, email, social media, marketing) at a financial institution.
• 3+ years in agile development preferred or advanced understanding of digital/IT product management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and design details.
• Lead agile team.
• Drive outcomes and provide direction to development team for product roadmap execution.
• Establish release targets and prioritize team backlog.
• Compile customer research and competitor trends and present insights.
