PREMIER Bankcard is seeking a Digital Product Owner for on-site engagement in Sioux Falls, SD. You will voice customer needs and bridge business stakeholders with development teams to deliver high-value, user-centric payment products.

You will lead an agile team, establish release targets, and align features with regulatory requirements while driving measurable business outcomes. Prior experience with digital payments is essential.

They are responsible for defining and prioritizing product features and requirements to ensure the delivery of high-value, user-centric solutions. By aligning product vision with business goals, the Product Owner drives the development of innovative products that meet customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. This Digital Product Owner will focus on payments to drive market success, user experience (UX), and feature roadmap of payment products. The Product Owner will focus on secure, seamless, and efficient payment experiences for users while aligning cross-functional teams around overarching product goals and regulatory requirements. **Job Duties and Responsibilities****Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.*** Create and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and supporting design/feature details.* Lead agile team. Drive outcomes and provide direction to development team so they can execute on the product, feature, outcome for the roadmap.* Establish release targets for all features and enhancements, determine high-integrity commitments, and create and prioritize the team backlog.* Compile customer research, competitor trends and present insights discovered.* Work with stakeholders including call centers, back office, Compliance, Development, Marketing to complete feature delivery.* Manage multiple digital products/platforms.* Interviews, hires, and trains new staff. Provides constructive and timely performance reviews.
