Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Lead, Digital Operations to operate and continuously improve the mechanisms that connect planning, portfolio visibility, performance, and decision making across Digital.

Reporting to the head of Digital Operations, you will lead core operating rhythms, build the tools and performance views the organization runs on, and identify where the operating model can become more effective. This is a senior IC role combining strategy with hands-on delivery and AI-powered optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Operating Cadence across planning, performance rhythms, and decision forums.
• Maintain the integrated portfolio view across Digital product domains and priorities.
• Enable prioritization and investment decisions with clear value, alignment, and capacity.
• Build and maintain performance signals across product outcomes and delivery health.
• Improve the Digital operating model by reducing friction and enhancing ownership and flow.
• Enable AI-powered improvements in analysis, reporting, and decision support.
