Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a lead digital designer to define and extend the Retail Design System, including UX, visuals, interactions, and motion. You will mentor designers, drive system adoption, and work with product managers, engineers, and partners to create scalable, partner‑facing experiences across North America.

You will contribute to a fast-paced product delivery team, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and delightful interfaces for store partners while operating in an agile

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design for digital products.
• 3+ years designing with a design system.
• 1+ years leading cross-team design efforts.
• Experience mentoring designers and guiding feedback.
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define core elements of the Starbucks Retail Design System.
• Champion design system adoption across teams and projects.
