Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a lead digital designer to define and extend the Retail Design System, including UX, visuals, interactions, and motion. You will mentor designers, drive system adoption, and work with product managers, engineers, and partners to create scalable, partner‑facing experiences across North America.

In addition, the team serves as a strategic partner throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring partner-facing applications are human-centered, operationally effective, and aligned to both business and technology objectives.As a lead digital designer, you will…Define the core elements of the Starbucks Retail Design System, specifying UX, visual, interaction and motion elements as well as documenting behaviors and usage guidelines.Cultivate internal knowledge around the design system by serving as a subject matter expert to contributing teams who are building additions to the design system.Utilize collaborative leadership skills to facilitate the adoption of the design system and ensure the best outcome for stakeholders.Work within a product delivery team to understand the experience we are building for our partners.
