Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Design Manager to conceptualize, architect and guide designs that define the physical and aspirational Starbucks experience across our store network. You will lead a team to develop visual concepts, mentor designers and collaborate with branding, construction and operations to refine our portfolio.

Responding quickly to business needs, you’ll drive innovative, brand-aligned solutions on ambitious timelines while upholding Starbucks guiding principles and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design or related field.
• 4–6 years in retail, hospitality or restaurant design or development with production files.
• 3–5 years of leadership at contributor level.
• 5–7 years of experience in programming, spatial planning using Revit or AutoCAD.
