You will mentor designers, collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, advocating for a human-centered design approach and helping scale the design system across North America.

The team collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify partner needs, define experience strategies, and deliver intuitive, scalable solutions. In addition, the team serves as a strategic partner throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring partner-facing applications are human-centered, operationally effective, and aligned to both business and technology objectives.
