True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Designer to define how the brand lives online. You will shape major web, editorial, and interactive experiences, partnering with a multidisciplinary team to translate brand and product strategy into compelling digital solutions.

You will design the company website and a new editorial publication, developing a flexible design system and coordinating with motion designers and developers to deliver high‑quality work across platforms.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in digital, web, brand, or editorial design.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional web design and brand thinking.
• Experience designing CMS-driven publishing platforms.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of True Anomaly’s website, editorial publication, and other priority digital experiences.
• Translate objectives into information architecture, user journeys, page systems, and interaction models.
• Design responsive experiences from concept to launch with prototyping and QA.
• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes showing motion, transitions, and user flows.
• Develop a distinctive visual voice for the brand online and align with leadership direction.
• Collaborate with developers from project start to ensure feasibility within browser constraints.
• Balance storytelling with accessibility, performance, and audience needs.
• Maintain design quality through development, testing, and launch.
• Evolve digital experiences based on audience behavior and business needs.
