Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. seeks a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer to define how our technology and mission appear in physical spaces. You will craft environmental design language across workplaces, R&D spaces, events, and installations, moving beyond surface branding.

You will shape systems behind the work, collaborate with Brand & Creative, Facilities, and Experiential teams, and grow environmental design as a formal capability within the brand team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in environmental graphic design, experiential design, or branded environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating environmental and graphic design across physical spaces (workplaces, events, exhibitions, etc.).
• Strong typography, composition, hierarchy, imagery, and identity system skills.
• Editorial/curatorial sensibility to combine graphics, language, imagery, objects, and space into a coherent narrative.
• Experience taking environmental projects from concept to fabrication and installation.
• Fluency in large-format print production, signage, materials, and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental graphic design from concept through installation across workplaces, spaces, events, and branded installations.
• Translate visual identity into physical space with typography, imagery, and storytelling.
• Create cohesive spatial narratives by combining graphics, objects, and spaces.
• Develop design deliverables: concepts, mood boards, layouts, elevations, material palettes, mockups, presentations.
• Design experiences that integrate physical and digital storytelling with displays, projection, and interactive content.
• Own design from concept to fabrication and installation, balancing budget and schedule.
