Job summary

Feels Like is a digital design and innovation studio with teams in Los Angeles and Barcelona, working globally. We seek a Lead Digital Designer who can navigate product interface, visual craft, and creative systems, leading projects and mentoring teams. A strong technology affinity is highly valued.

You’ll collaborate with Creative and Design Directors from inception to production, shaping concepts and interaction timings while actively engaging clients in the process.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in digital media.
• Rock-solid foundation in visual and interaction design.
• Actively engaged with AI as a part of the design process.
• Extensive experience with current interface design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident presenting and discussing work with client partners.
• A track record of building successful digital systems, products, or interactive experiences.
• Collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to build positive and productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects directly and manage teams.
• Run projects from inception to production.
• Collaborate closely with Creative and Design Directors.
• Shape concepts to interaction timings.
• Prototype and engage clients in the design process.
• Lead by doing and explore ideas with clients.
