Company Confidential, a distribution company headquartered in New Jersey, seeks a Digital Media Designer to craft and execute creative marketing and brand initiatives. You will lead digital experiences, website projects, and campaigns across channels, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and strong customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years in digital media, web design, and branding, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and WordPress.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
5-7 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, branding, marketing design, web design, or related creative disciplines.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing, web design, branding, presentations, print collateral, campaign development, and multimedia content.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Strong proficiency with Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems, UI design, and collaboration).
Experience with WordPress and web/content management, UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility, and analytics.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute creative solutions across marketing, digital, advertising, social media, website, and corporate communications initiatives.
Maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency across marketing, sales, customer-facing, and internal communications materials.
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, sales, and business development to support objectives and engagement.
Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Design and produce digital assets including emails, social content, landing pages, ads, presentations, and sales materials.
Create web layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma for reusable components.
Support website enhancements, content updates, landing pages, and UX improvements with stakeholders and developers.
Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability, accessibility, readability, and visual hierarchy.
Develop visual storytelling across channels to communicate branding and business goals.
Manage photography, imagery, logos, video content, and branded assets for digital and print.
