Job summary
Sanofi Inc. in Morristown, NJ seeks a Digital Consumer Experience Design Lead to shape world-class user experiences across its digital product ecosystem.
You will partner with Product, Strategy, and Engineering to ground decisions in deep user understanding and human-centered design. Lead all phases of product design, conduct discovery research, and translate complex scientific workflows into intuitive experiences that scale across platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in product design with leadership and shipping products.
- Portfolio showing design process, research integration, and shipped products.
Responsibilities
- Apply design thinking and research methods across the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Drive a unified user experience across products and platforms with cross-functional alignment.
- Lead all phases of product design from research synthesis to prototyping and implementation.
- Conduct discovery research including contextual inquiry and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, unified experiences for scientists and professionals.
- Identify patterns and opportunities across journeys to drive strategic design decisions.
