Sanofi Inc. seeks a Digital Consumer Experience Design Lead to shape and deliver world-class user experiences across its digital product ecosystem. You will partner with product, strategy and engineering to design human-centered solutions from discovery through delivery.

We value 7+ years in product design, a strong portfolio, mastery of Figma and prototyping, and the ability to lead across complex workflows for scientists and technical users. This is an on-site role in Morristown, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in product design with a track record of strategy and shipping products.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process, research integration and shipped products.

Responsibilities

• Apply design thinking and research methods across the full product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery.
• Drive a unified, coherent user experience across products and platforms with cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead all phases of product design: synthesize research, ideate, prototype and implement with proven shipped outcomes.
• Conduct discovery-level research including contextual inquiry and stakeholder interviews to inform strategy.
• Translate complex scientific workflows into intuitive, unified user experiences.
• Identify patterns across journeys to drive strategic design decisions and opportunities.
