Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Global Lead for Scientific Platforms & Engagement Strategy in Cambridge, MA with global reach. You will shape the future of scientific exchange by designing AI-powered content, immersive education, and omnichannel engagement for diverse stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Medical Innovation, Digital, and GTMC to drive scalable platform solutions while navigating regulatory and ethical standards in pharmaceutical communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Medical Education, or Digital Health with platform focus.
• Advanced scientific degree preferred; digital health/AI qualifications a plus.
• Proven experience with AI-powered content platforms and immersive education tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Scientific Platforms roadmap for omnichannel engagement across HCPs, patients, and payers.
• Lead strategic design and incubation of GenAI content and immersive medical education initiatives.
• Build scalable platform architectures for personalized scientific content delivery at scale.
• Establish KPI frameworks and govern platform investments and vendor selections.
• Collaborate with Medical GBUs, GTMC, Digital AI, and Scientific Communications for global deployment.
• Ensure regulatory, MLR, and ethical standards in platform outputs and content governance.
