This role provides administrative and technical supervision of staff to ensure Veteran-centered meals meet nutritional standards across conventional, convenience, and advanced preparation modalities. The incumbent will develop procedures, monitor HACCP and safety programs, coordinate with clinical nutrition, manage budgets and resources,

Qualificações

• RDN credential required; education aligned with CDR standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; licensure/registration per VA standards.
• English language proficiency required; U.S. citizenship or appropriate status.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee food service and production operations; supervise staff.
• Develop and implement procedures for nutrition care and HACCP compliance.
• Coordinate with clinical nutrition and other services to meet patient needs.
• Monitor menus to ensure nutrition standards and budget goals are met.
