Job summary

A. Duie Pyle in Streetsboro, OH is seeking an experienced Lead Diesel Technician (1st Shift) to join our Fleet Maintenance team. Expect a starting hourly pay of $30–$45 with a $3 differential for this lead role, plus weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

This on-site position requires at least 2 years of Class 8 truck repair experience and a complete tool set. We offer a family‑owned work culture, overtime after 40 hours, and modern equipment to work on.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks.
• Complete set of hand tools for a heavy duty truck technician.
• Vocational/Technical training in diesel or heavy‑duty vehicle experience; HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs to heavy duty trucks.
• Troubleshoot and repair brakes, air systems, electrical components, and suspensions.
• Diagnose and repair engines, electrical and exhaust after-treatment systems.
• Inspect and replace general components as required.

A. Duie Pyle is looking for an experienced, skilled Lead Diesel Technician 1st Shift to join our Fleet Maintenance team at our Streetsboro, OH shop.

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour based upon experience and skillset

Lead Differential: $3.00 per hour

Weekly pay, via direct deposit; annual benefits and paid time off

7:00 AM start time, Monday-Friday

Overtime pay after 40 hours

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
