AUTOKINITON is seeking a Lead Die Repair on the 3rd shift to champion die tooling repairs, drive preventative maintenance, and provide day-to-day technical leadership to Tool & Die Makers and apprentices. This role demands hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

You will prioritize work, mentor team members, and monitor tooling performance to ensure reliability and efficiency in production, contributing to quality parts for automotive manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day support to Tool & Die Makers and apprentices.
• Prioritize and assign work to ensure tooling repairs, preventative maintenance, and production support activities are completed efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and assist in the development of Tool & Die associates and apprentices.
• Monitor tooling performance and maintain a data-driven tool improvement program focused on die reliability and performance.
