Qualifications

• Two+ years die repair or related skilled-trades experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience welding, grinding, polishing, fitting, and die assembly
• Ability to operate cranes, lift trucks, and hand tools

Responsibilities

• Transport, clean, disassemble, repair, rebuild, and reassemble casting and trim dies.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Grind, polish, and restore die-cavity surfaces.
• Repair dies while mounted in production equipment when required.
• Train and assist less-experienced employees as needed.
