Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated hands-on setup or changeover experience in high‑pressure aluminum die casting, or related heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills across hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems.
• Ability to read and follow complex process setup sheets and operate safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete die changes and tooling setups for high‑pressure aluminum die casting machines and automation equipment.
• Set and fine‑tune critical process parameters including temperatures, pressures, speeds, and cycle timing.
• Inspect and install dies, trim tools, shot-end components, and lubrication lines safely using cranes and forklifts.
