Trinity Health in Mitchellville, MD is seeking a Lead Dialysis Technician for a full-time role. You will oversee dialysis equipment, mentor staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care on rotating 4-day schedules.

The position requires 3+ years in dialysis, CNA-DT certification, CCHT/BONENT, and BLS, with strong computer skills and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Competitive benefits are provided.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in dialysis or related care.
• Maryland CNA-DT certification required by state board.
• CCHT or BONENT certification completed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with patient handling.

Mansioni

• Oversee dialysis equipment maintenance in the unit.
• Educate new staff and provide ongoing staff training.
• Mentor dialysis team and ensure patient safety.
• Review charts, perform cultures, and document accurately.
• Monitor input/output and patient vitals per protocol.
• Prepare water treatment and hemodialysis machine per orders.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Formazione

Maryland CNA-DT certification
