Trinity Health is seeking a Lead Dialysis Technician for Holy Cross Silver Spring. You will work under the supervision of the RN and Director to provide care to dialysis patients and oversee equipment maintenance in the dialysis unit.

You will educate and mentor staff, participate in chart reviews, draw labs, monitor patient status, and prepare water treatment systems and machines per physician orders. A strong teamwork focus is required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in dialysis or related field.
• CNA-DT certification with MD State Board licensure.
• CCHT or BONENT certification completed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval.

Mansioni

• Oversee dialysis equipment maintenance in the unit.
• Educate and mentor new and current staff.
• Serve as a team mentor and support continuous learning.
• Draw labs and review charts per protocol.
• Monitor patient intake/output and vitals, report to RN.
• Prepare water treatment and HD machine per orders.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
