Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, plus 6 months of dialysis care experience.
• Medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR or complete CPR certification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to direct patient care staff.
• Participate in staffing decisions and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company and facility procedures and regulations.
