Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months nursing experience, plus 6 months specialized dialysis care experience.
• Certified CPR is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to direct patient care staff.
• Coordinate with Facility Administrator on staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee dialysis care delivery, patient safety, and staff training.
• Participate in patient care plan meetings and quality assurance activities.
