Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to lead daily patient care operations in a dialysis setting in Minnesota. You will guide nursing staff, ensure adherence to care plans, and maintain compliance with all regulations.

The role requires RN licensure, 1+ year of nursing with at least 6 months in dialysis, and CPR certification. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential for delivering safe, high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in the applicable state
• Minimum 12 months of general nursing experience plus 6 months dialysis-specific experience
• CPR certification or completion thereof

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day guidance to direct patient care staff and give feedback for performance evaluations.
• Participate in department staffing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all procedures, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee dialysis patient care, safety, and quality outcomes.
• Train and orient staff and supervise adherence to policies.
• Promote OSHA safety programs and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with Facility Administrator on staff meetings and patient care updates.
