Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.) and licensed to practice in the state.
• Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, plus 6 months in dialysis care (chronic or acute).
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR or complete CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to direct patient care staff.
• Participate in staffing decisions and disciplinary actions as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations and maintain patient safety.
• Coordinate with Facility Administrator and rounding physicians on care plans and emergencies.
