Job summary

1103 Team Member Services in Tampa, FL seeks a Radiology Operations Supervisor to lead technologists, ensure image quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing competency assessments, while coordinating scheduling and budgeting to support efficient services.

Collaborate with radiologists, leadership, and other departments to drive quality improvements, audits, and performance reviews in a fast-paced imaging department.

Qualifications

• Registered technologist with RT(R)(ARRT) and BLS.
• 5+ years imaging experience; leadership preferred.
• Ability to supervise/coach staff and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technologists and imaging operations for safe, efficient patient care.
• Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, inventory, and supply processes.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance reviews; coaching opportunities.
