Guidewell-Emergency-Doctors seeks a Lead Radiology Tech to oversee imaging quality across X-ray and CT studies and lead the radiology team. The role includes growth meetings, QA/PI activities, and ensuring compliance with industry surveys and safety standards.

The position requires active Florida licensure, AART certification, and the ability to manage equipment maintenance, staff training, and cross-facility support.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology (required).
• Active State of Florida Radiologic Technologist license and AART certification.
• BLS certification required; ability to pass background screen and drug test.

Mansioni

• Lead QA/PI activities and growth meetings to improve quality metrics.
• Maintain diagnostic imaging equipment and update protocols as needed.
• Represent the facility in surveys and maintain regulatory readiness (DOH, COLA, AHCA, JC).
• Assist in hiring/terminating radiology staff and serve as a technical resource.
• Ensure workflow efficiency and safe patient care across shifts; support the Facility Leader.
• Complete daily checklists and participate in morning huddles; manage inventory.
