You will champion world‑class DFT roadmaps, partner with leading EDA/ATE vendors, and drive deployment of robust DFT tools and methodologies across AMD’s global teams. This is a high‑impact leadership position within Central DFX in Austin.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior knowledge in DFT and testing for semiconductor designs.
• Ability to define a world-class DFT roadmap strategy.
• Experience partnering with industry-leading EDA and ATE companies.

Responsibilities

• Work with SOC and PDG teams to drive adoption of the DFT strategy.
• Advocate for testability features across design stages and timing closure.
• Analyze post‑silicon data to measure DFT ROI and justify ongoing use.
• Influence outside partners in the EDA and ATE industries.
• Evaluate Build vs Buy decisions for tools and flows.
• Lead and manage teams when Build solutions are chosen, from architecture to deployment.
