Job summary

DiversiTech Corporation in Duluth, GA seeks a Manager of DevSecOps & Network Engineering to lead integration of development, security, and IT operations across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will automate infrastructure and embed security into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires strong expertise in network architecture, systems administration, and security best practices, with the ability to manage on‑call support and drive compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, SecOps, or Systems/Network Administration.
• 0–2 years of supervisory experience with a track record of staff development.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS).

Responsibilities

• Embeds security controls and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.
• Automates infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Collaborates with development teams to ensure secure code deployment.
• Designs, configures, and maintains secure network architectures (LAN/WAN/VPN/Firewall).
• Monitors network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Implements network segmentation and zero-trust principles.
• Manages Linux and Windows servers, including patching and backups.
• Maintains high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Administers IAM, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Conducts vulnerability assessments and remediates findings.
• Manages endpoint protection, SIEM tools, and IDS.
• Ensures compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2.
• Supports IT Operations Manager and team, incl. resource planning.
• Develops and enforces IT operational policies and procedures.
• Attends and participates in weekly meetings.
• Coordinates with IT team to meet objectives.
• Provides 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
