Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Team Lead) to guide a four-person operations team. You will own automated certificate lifecycle architecture, implement zero-downtime deployments, and enforce reliability, observability, and security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

In collaboration with the client lead, you will drive CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, XLR, Ansible, and Chef, mentor engineers, and produce documentation to preserve knowledge and facilitate transfer.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) including containerization and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills and knowledge of PKI/certificate management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for automated certificate lifecycle management across environments.
• Set standards for reliability engineering, zero-downtime deployment, and observability.
• Collaborate with client lead to align approaches with existing patterns and constraints.
• Diagnose blockers across cloud and on-prem environments and ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and mentor a four-person DevSecOps team, prioritize backlog, and maintain velocity.
• Develop documentation and knowledge transfer materials for continuity.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with automated CI/CD pipelines.
