Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in Jersey City is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, maintain and support DevSecOps platforms and automation for IT software delivery, resiliency programs, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep DevOps experience, strong customer service, and ability to lead incident management while guiding continuous improvement across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux, Git, Maven.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change).
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Experience with monitoring/logging and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintenance of DevOps products and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze issues to identify root cause, remediation and reliability improvements.
• Lead incident and problem management with cross-functional teams.
• Develop KB and process documentation for EDSO.
• Implement proactive monitoring to reduce outages.
• Collaborate to improve features via CI/CD and Agile.
• Maintain health and monitoring tools across environments.
• Assist leadership with escalations and training.
