Job summary

AEG seeks a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to lead SSDLC and secure software delivery across North America and Europe. You will partner with Engineering, DevOps, Platform, and GRC teams to establish secure development standards, automated security controls, and continuous compliance across pipelines and cloud environments.

The role requires leadership of security tooling, threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, and cross‑functional collaboration, with global time-zone flexibility and onsite

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years experience in DevSecOps, Application Security, or related roles.
• Experience integrating security throughout the SDLC including CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on with SAST, DAST, SCA, and container security solutions.
• Experience performing threat modeling, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking.
• Experience implementing monitoring and security controls across cloud, app, and infra environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SSDLC program development and continuous improvement.
• Define secure build processes and deployment workflows across pipelines.
• Oversee SAST/DAST/SCA tooling and monitoring governance.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments and compliance activities (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST).
• Perform secure code reviews and remediation tracking across teams.
• Collaborate with global Engineering, DevOps, Platform, and GRC teams to advance security initiatives.
• Lead security audits, investigations, and incident response support.
