Job summary

sedarotech is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer in Arlington, VA, to enhance our operational excellence culture. You'll be responsible for optimizing multi-cloud infrastructure and implementing CI/CD, security, and observability tools.

Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of relevant software engineering experience, strong skills in Kubernetes and Docker, and a passion for automation. Joining us offers equity, unlimited PTO, and a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architecture.
Experience implementing CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability practices.

Responsibilities

Optimize multi-cloud production infrastructure for security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Design and implement system observability with actionable alerting and measurable SLOs.
Drive automation through infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and continuous compliance.
Foster Lean practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
