Directors and Senior Managers assist partners with project scoping, budgeting, client engagement, and management. They are responsible for project execution, client relationships, and overseeing final deliverables, often working with junior staff. They contribute to practice development, marketing, industry conference participation, and staff training.
The Director/Senior Manager in Transfer Pricing provides consulting services related to intercompany transaction economics and tax rules, working with a team on transfer pricing projects.
Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years' experience in tax consulting or corporate tax; PhD in Economics preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. transfer pricing, international tax, and compliance required. Proven staff development, project management, and communication skills are essential.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research. Excellent economic database search skills.
Valid driver's license required.
Leading multinational teams, training staff, assigning work, and quality control.
